This page explains, in plain language, how SiteWise handles information you share with us through this website.

What we collect

When you submit the free-audit form we collect the details you type: your name, business name, WhatsApp number or email, your website or social link, your industry and your main goal. When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply. We also collect anonymised usage data (page views, button clicks such as "WhatsApp" or "Request audit", country, device type) through Vercel Analytics and, when enabled, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. None of these identify you by name.

How we use it

Contact details are used only to reply to your request, prepare your audit or proposal, and communicate about a project. Usage data helps us see which pages and actions are useful so we can improve the site. We do not use your data for advertising lists and we do not send newsletters.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Vercel (EU/US infrastructure). Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend (email delivery). Analytics are processed by Vercel and, when enabled, Google and Microsoft. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Cookies

The site sets one functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you chose Arabic or English. Analytics tools may set their own cookies only when they are enabled; we do not run advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Audit and contact requests are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on a project, then deleted. Anonymised analytics are kept according to the provider's retention settings (Vercel: up to 12 months on our plan).

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete anything you have shared by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing the address on the contact page. We reply within one business day.
